Digital Strategist
Iva Klarica is GPM’s Digital Marketing Director, responsible for leading the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable practice growth. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including senior leadership roles at three SaaS companies, she brings a strategic, data-driven approach to SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
Iva’s role is to ensure that every channel works as part of a cohesive full-funnel strategy, not as isolated tactics. She strategizes campaigns designed to move prospects from awareness to conversion, then optimizes based on real performance data, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t. Her focus is ROI: making sure every marketing dollar delivers measurable results, not just activity.
Before joining GPM, Iva built and led global marketing teams at companies including Amplexor Adriatic, Perigord LS, and Innopharma Technology, and worked with major agencies including Publicis Group. She holds an MBA and has spent her career translating business objectives into executable marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
At GPM, she leads the digital marketing team, ensuring that campaigns are grounded in strategy, executed with precision, and tracked with radical transparency—so clients always know what’s working and why.
Outside of work, Iva cooks, travels, and takes photos with her son Roko and their cavoodle, Cookie. If she weren’t running digital marketing strategies for dental practices, she’d probably be doing the same thing from a beach with better Wi-Fi and stronger coffee.
