Wade Tydlacka is a Dental Marketing Strategist at GPM, responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable practice growth. With over a decade of experience in healthcare marketing, including leadership roles as Vice President of Marketing at the OSO myOrthos and CareRing Health, Wade brings a strategic, data-driven approach to dental practice marketing.

Before joining GPM, Wade led marketing operations for national healthcare organizations, including HealthPRO Heritage and Kindred Healthcare, where he managed brand positioning, lead generation, and growth initiatives across multiple markets. He also spent five years as an Account Director at Bisig Impact Group, building custom marketing strategies for healthcare clients and learning how to balance creative execution with business outcomes.

At GPM, Wade applies that healthcare marketing experience to dental practices that are stuck, skeptical, or frustrated by agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. He doesn’t default to generic tactics. Instead, he diagnoses where the funnel is breaking, whether it’s messaging misalignment, targeting issues, conversion gaps, or operational constraints that undermine marketing performance.
