Besnik Rexhepi is GPM’s Data Analyst, responsible for translating marketing performance into the kind of clarity that drives real decisions. While most agencies rely on estimated patient values and fluffy metrics, Besnik builds the systems that measure ROI in real time—tracking actual results, not projections.

He doesn’t just report numbers. He identifies patterns, surfaces problems before they compound, and pinpoints exactly where practices are losing momentum in the funnel. Whether it’s lead quality, conversion rates, or operational bottlenecks that undermine marketing efforts, Besnik’s analysis cuts through assumptions and delivers actionable intelligence.

Before joining GPM, Besnik developed dashboards and reporting tools at Arcadia and KBR, where he learned that good data architecture is what separates insight from noise. He holds a BA in Business Administration and has built his career on a simple principle: if you can’t measure it clearly, you can’t improve it strategically.

Outside of work, Besnik trail runs, hikes, and occasionally finds time for a good film. Married with two kids, he’s known for dry humor and the kind of sarcasm that comes from spending too much time making spreadsheets behave.
