Strategic Marketing Account Executive

Golden Proportions Marketing (GPM) is currently searching for a Strategic Marketing Account Executive who is exceptionally talented at creating strategic marketing plans for dentists and converting those prospects into sales. This role requires a true strategic thinker who is passionate about finding the right solutions that will help clients succeed.
Even if you don’t really think of yourself as a true “salesperson,” you can be a rockstar in this position if you have a history of winning people over with your imaginative ideas. All you’ll need is a thirst for the selling skills knowledge we can share with you. Heck, you don’t even have to find your own leads. Our New Business Developer will find and screen a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for you to nurture and close.
Before you get too excited, we already know the person we want to hire. We may not know their name or what they look like, but we do know that this special person is out there and has these qualities…
- Is a logical, strategic marketer with the ability to guide clients on goal development and uncover practice challenges that may impact results and form relationships with qualified prospects through consultative selling techniques
- Knows how to move prospects towards the development of long-term, comprehensive marketing plans focusing on strategies that meet the client’s goals and budget
- Is skilled at writing and presenting complete marketing plans, moving the client towards final decision within a 90-day window
- Has the ability to analyze marketing and business data to adjust the long term strategic plan
- Is a creative, outgoing communicator who knows how to lead and direct Account Managers/Project Teams to ensure projects follow established timelines and budgets
- Has 5+ years of strategic marketing and advertising development experience

- A background in selling and servicing digital marketing or related services
- Knowledge or experience in the dental industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
