Whitney Brooks is GPM’s Website Project Manager, responsible for coordinating web development projects from strategy through launch. She manages the process between client needs, our development team, and the technical requirements that make a website actually convert, ensuring timelines stay on track and nothing gets lost in translation.

Whitney has a clear understanding of how websites need to function as part of a larger marketing system – not just as standalone brochures. She knows what it takes to launch a site that integrates with PPC, SEO, tracking infrastructure, and conversion optimization.

At GPM, Whitney ensures that website projects run smoothly: managing client communication, coordinating with developers and designers, troubleshooting roadblocks, and making sure deliverables match what was promised in the strategy. For practices frustrated by agencies that miss deadlines or deliver sites that don’t perform, that operational discipline matters.

She grew up around the marketing industry; her mother ran an agency, so she learned early what it takes to grow a business and maintain strong client relationships. Outside of work, Whitney refinishes furniture, spends time on the boat with her family, and takes long walks with her dog, Garth.
