Mike Daitch is GPM’s Creative Director, responsible for translating strategy into design systems, brand narratives, and creative execution that drive real business outcomes. His work sits at the intersection of storytelling, visual identity, and performance, ensuring creative is not just compelling but purposeful.

Mike brings experience across a wide range of industries, mediums, and brand scales. He has worked with nationally recognized organizations such as Bank of America and General Motors, as well as emerging and growth-focused brands that need clarity, differentiation, and consistency in competitive markets. Regardless of scale, his approach remains the same: creative should be grounded in strategy and built to move people to action.

At GPM, Mike leads creative direction with a focus on cohesion and intent. He ensures that brand identity, messaging, and execution work together to reinforce trust, communicate value, and support measurable marketing goals. His ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging creative makes strategy visible and effective.

Outside of work, Mike is a lifelong storyteller with a deep appreciation for animation, film, and visual culture. What once started as Saturday morning cartoons has evolved into a career built on curiosity, craft, and the belief that the best ideas are the ones that resonate long after the first impression.
