Base salary of $50,000 – $70,000 plus monthly commissions on sales for an expected first year total earnings = $100,000+ with unlimited growth potential. You should then be motivated to drive to $200,000+ in annual earnings.

Golden Proportions Marketing (www.goldenproportions.com) is seeking a high caliber B2B Outside Sales Representative with serious Consultative Sales skills and DNA to lead and participate in our efforts to raise the bar of the dental marketing industry. Your primary mission will be to build relationships with industry influencers, connect with existing contacts and move prospects to a Marketing Breakthrough Call with one of our Account Executives.

We have a backlog of dental industry leads that need to be developed, nurtured and closed. Bringing a “book” of dental industry connections and decision makers is beneficial but not necessary. Cold calling will be required along with “warm calling” to nurture our contact list. Referrals and recommendations are key drivers of our growth. Our in-house strategic marketing team is rapidly innovating and delivering products that dentists demand and desire. We offer autonomy with support to self-driven Sales Professionals. Our team is professional yet fun and hard driving.

Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a month to industry events and shows, plus quarterly trips to company headquarters for training and development.

We offer best-in-class Lead Generation and Sales enablement and content marketing tools to the self-sufficient sales leader. Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.

Responsibilities and Expected Results

  • Prospect via cold calling, email, social media outreach
  • Attend trade shows and industry networking events
  • Network the agency to schedule guest podcasts, webinars and partner blogs
  • Present short pitches in front of an audience at sponsored events
  • Build ongoing relationships with industry consultants
  • Leverage existing data and also identify key contacts and account information
  • Develop and foster relationships with prospects
  • Qualify prospects for possible marketing consultation calls
  • Develop qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue and close!

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of inside or direct sales experience
  • Ability to complete high volume cold-calling
  • Experience selling digital marketing or a related service is a plus
  • The desire to achieve more, faster!
  • CRM experience, preferably in Hubspot
