It's a pretty simple process, really. As a general rule, our clients come in two styles. There's no right or wrong way, it just depends on your needs and personal style.
In no time at all, you're on your way to increased success in your practice. Better patients.

Option 1 - Let's Get This Started Today!
Option 1 is a great way to get moving with a specific project, quickly and easily. Many clients need a Brand ID so they can start a website, a yellow pages ad for an upcoming deadline, or just want a brochure. No problem, we are happy to handle single projects. Here are the steps you can expect:
- Project Authorization - We'll fax or email you a project authorization that details the exact parameters of the project you want. Prices on all authorizations are good for 90 days. We'll just need your signature and payment to get moving.
- Payment - We do request full payment in advance on all creative work before we start. Unless the parameters of the project change mid way (and then we'll get you an amended project authorization to approve), this is a one time flat fee to develop that project. No surprises at the end.
- Creative Development - Your project manager will discuss the goals of the project, help to define your points of differentiation, and tell you if we need anything from you like head shots, photos of your office, etc. Then we'll work on copy and layout, getting your feedback at each step.
- Final Production - Once the project is complete and depending on what it is, we'll either:
- Submit it to media - if it is a print ad, radio spot or TV commercial
- Send it to print - we'll provide you with a print quote and you can have us print the project or send the files to the printer of your choice
- Give the final work to you

Option 2 - I Want a Long Term Plan
The majority of our clients are looking for detailed, strategic recommendations for their practice. This takes a little more time, but allows us to have a much greater impact on your success. Here's how this option works:
- Initial Interview - A marketing manager will spend about an hour on the phone with you, getting to know everything about your practice and your goals. They may ask for photos of the office, samples of past marketing materials you have used and any competitive samples you have.
- Plan Development - After completing detailed demographic research, we'll develop a strategic plan that addresses your unique needs. This plan will outline the recommended strategies and provide a ballpark execution timeline. Expect about three weeks for the development of the plan.
- Plan Review - Once you have looked over the plan, we'll discuss it, revise as necessary and agree on what should be done over the next 12 months.
- Master Creative Authorization - We will present you with a master authorization for all of the plan elements which will need your signature.
- Financial Options - For larger plans we offer two financial options. You can pay for the entire plan in advance and receive a 5% courtesy or we can spread the cost out over a predetermined period of time, making equal monthly payments via credit card.
- Creative Development - Once the paperwork is out of the way, the fun stuff begins. The master creative message is concepted, and all elements are written and laid out in a short period of time.
- Review and Track Plan - Our involvement doesn't end when the creative work is done. We continually track and review the effectiveness of the plan, making revisions where necessary. We want the plan to have a bottom line impact on your success.
