If you want to talk to your patients more than once a quarter, think e-newsletters. There’s no need to pay the postman .48 (and climbing) just to walk your newsletter to their front door, there’s no printing, and you can send emails as often as you like. All this assuming, of course, that you have been collecting patient emails at every visit (if not, get cooking before the post office goes completely bankrupt and email is your only option!).
